This privacy policy sets out how L&C Cleaning Ltd uses and protects any information that you give L&C Cleaning Ltd when you use this website – www.landc-cleaning.co.uk or ask us to help you with cleaning services.

We may collect the following from our customers:

• Business name and address
• Customer name and address
• Name and contact information of the person dealing with cleaning contracts
• Accounts and invoicing details

We will only keep this information for 1 year from the last time that we last discussed our services, however invoices and contracts will be securely stored for 6 years in order to deal with any civil action in the form of a contractual claim (Limitation Act 1980) and because we are a limited company.

5.0 - What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and carry out our services, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Internal record keeping.
• Invoicing purposes
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
• We may write to you about the services that we provide to you, using you address details that you have provided, this may be about your contract, price etc.
